With the God's blessing and by the decision of the Holy Synod four bishops ordination took place in 2012 in the Ukrainian Autocephalous Orthodox Church Canonical: Oleksandr (Nehodenko), Archbishop of Zhytomyr; Vasyliy (Nesterenko), Bishop of Fastiv and Bila Tserkva; Daniel (Gagnepain) Bishop of Bourges; Mykolai (Berdiuhin), Bishop of Lviv and Uzhgorod, Zakarpattia and Prykarpattia regions.

On November, 26, 2012, on the day of Saint John Chrysostom in France, the meeting of the Holy Synod of the Ukrainian Orthodox Church Canonical accomplished, taking place for three days. Five bishops of the UAOC-C headed by His Holiness Patriarch Moses participated in the meeting of the Holy Synod.

On October 28, 2012, in Transfiguration of the Lord Cathedral of the Ukrainian Autocephalous Orthodox Church Canonical, the first common Liturgy of Chor-Bishop of Zhytomyr Oleksandr and Chor-Bishop of Fastiv Vasyliy with Metropolitan from Greece Demetrios (Stavros Zografos) took place. Metropolitan Demetrios had asked Patriarch Moses to be accepted under his omophorion with the purpose to create an Orthodox community of Greece citizens, who live in Ukraine. Patriarch Moses blessed Metropolitan Demetrios to come to Kyiv and to start the serving in the status of candidate for joining the UAOC-C clergy.

On October 18, in the Kyiv Teachers' House, the representatives of the Ukrainian Autocephalous Orthodox Church Canonical took part in the All-Ukrainian Forum of Family. The Church actively supports social and politics figures, who fight to save traditional Christian family values of Ukrainian people. The classical institution of the family step by step transforms in the dangerous form for every Christian under the influence of "developed Europe". The corner stone of the society is the Ukrainian family, which can be deformed by the laws. That is why, not indifferent representatives of our society have organized the All-Ukrainian Forum of Family with the aim to save Christian family, to save moral and the health of our people.

On 19 August 2012, after the festive Liturgy, the clergy and the faithful of the Ukrainian Autocephalous Orthodox Church Canonical put the performance "The story of the Transfiguration of the Lord" in the honor of the incomprehensible for the human mind event of the Transfiguration of the Lord and Our Savior Jesus Christ. The performance was put according to the Gospel stories.

This utterance has a very deep meaning, but, unfortunately, many people do not understand it. Any misunderstanding leads to opposition and brings a person to the wrong way. How can we explain the words of Jesus from the Holy Gospel in a right way? Having read or heard them somebody think: "How could it be? If I have father and mother, how shouldn’t I love them? How shouldn’t I help them? How can I leave everything and just follow God, serve to God only, and forget about my relatives?"
