Today, on the eve of Christmas, after waiting for 100 days for Patriarch Moses to show his regret and desire to preserve UAOC-C as the church of God, we declare: to maintain fidelity to God and life in His Divine Truth, according to decisions taken at the enlarged meeting of the clergy on September 29 and church meetings on October 11 and December 29 2013, the Kyiv community, its clergy, the faithful and the church buildings built by their hands shall not have any relation to the Patriarch Moses and shall not belong to the UAOC-C since 29 September 2013.

Sunday, 29 December 2013, in the temple of the Transfiguration of the Lord, after the Divine Liturgy, the clergy and the faithful held a joint prayer for God's protection for the best daughters and sons of the people of Ukraine, for true journalists, activists of all maidans of Ukraine, for the solidarity of all patriotic forces in Ukraine, for their consolidation in the struggle for a free and happy life in the country.

Sunday, 22 December 2013, after the accomplishment of the Divine Liturgy and common prayer for God to strengthen the power of the people of Ukraine , the clergy and parishioners of the church of the Transfiguration joined the general assembly in Maidan Nezalezhnosti Square in Kyiv, which brought together nearly 500 thousand Ukrainians.

With great joy adults and children met the St Nicholas Day in the church of the Transfiguration, which came to them on December 22, accompanied by the angels of God after the fulfillment of the Divine Liturgy. To obtain desirable gifts, children had to make many good deeds: gather toys scattered by blizzard, show generosity to others, decorate apple tree with fruit and, of course, to recite a poem or sing a song.
